I cant imagine going back to 'Mission' flour tortillas of the states. Sitting in those plastic bags with preservatives. Cold, flavorless, thick, gooo... I just finished a handmade chipilin ( leaf/ herb) crispy tortilla that breaks in my mouth. with homemade mozzarella.... san cristobal you are spoiling me again with your amazing food; it's simplicity in tradition.
